Do you enjoy creating positive customer experiences with professionalism and team spirit? Then we're looking for you to strengthen our customer service team in Lübeck.

Kongamek is a Swedish manufacturer of material handling solutions for the European market; the promise to our customers is "Your Workmate." With over 1,000 standard products such as transport carts, roll containers, and warehouse trolleys, as well as customer-specific solutions, we are a true full-service provider in the material handling sector.

Based in our office in Lübeck, you will be part of our organization and report directly to the CCO. Travel to our headquarters in Sweden (e.g., for onboarding and training) is part of the role.

The role includes, among other things:

  • Recording orders, discrepancies, complaints, and returns, as well as administering and documenting cases in the customer service system in a structured manner.
  • Supporting customers by phone, email, and chat, answering smaller pricing inquiries, and advising on products.
  • Retrieving EDI orders from the ERP system and maintaining prices and price lists.
  • Tracking customer satisfaction, contributing to improvement measures, and helping develop digital channels.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer cases.
  • Leading the team as a Workmate through leading by example, good organization, and clear daily planning.

Requirements Profile

  • Solution-oriented, responsible, and proactive; addressing problems in a timely manner and asking for help when needed.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take responsibility by leading by example.
  • Flexible and customer-oriented in setting priorities and approach to work.

Formal Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, order processing, or administration (B2B or comparable) with structured handling of orders, discrepancies, complaints, and returns.
  • Experience working with ERP/business systems, including EDI orders as well as prices and price lists.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (at least Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and very good English skills are required.

Additionally Advantageous

  • Experience in process improvement, digital customer channels, technical/product interest, or working in an international environment is an advantage.
